Beechcraft Wall Thickness Guide
- Aim for 4 to 6mm wall for small to medium PU mouldings upto around 8mm for larger PU mouldings
- Minimum sections can go down to 2mm locall; Maximum thickness - 2mm locally
- No penalties for abrubt changes in section
Beechcraft Moulding Fixings Guide
- Threaded brass inserts are moulded-in
- Through inserts, glands, threaded bars abd also reinforcing brackets can easily be incorperated
- Handle forms can usually be moulded-in
Beechcraft Tolerances Guide
- Good linear repeatability of +/- 0.25mm up to 500mm and +/- 0.5mm on dimensions between 500 - 1500mm
- Close angular and flatness tolerances can be maintained
- Go/no-go gauges will be employed where specific fit-tolerances
are required
